I have a small property portfolio and have worked with Action Properties since they began (in their present form) in May 2014. Action Properties find new tenants for us, prepare the leases, and liaise with the lessees. They sort out maintenance problems, inspect properties and prepare accounts for us. They respond to questions almost immediately and address problems very effectively. They make sure that all the rentals are paid on time.
I must say, I am very pleased about their professionalism and excellent services at all times. It makes my live so easy dealing with them. They are great to work with, reliable and dedicated to their customers. Their Property Managers are very efficient and helpful and no problem is too small or big for them. I consider myself very fortunate to work with Action Properties and would highly recommend them to any of my friends or any new customer.

We have rented with quite a few Estate agents over the past 20 odd years and sorry to say but my opinion of estate agents in general had hit rock bottom. Bad experiences and never getting anything done in the houses I was renting had become the norm. What a breath of fresh air Mel and her team have been.
