Sales

We provide sales services for residential, commercial and industrial properties and stands. We can also assist you in buying your dream home or your ideal investment property.

Rental Management

We provide a hands on management service, which includes quarterly inspections, reports and associated photos for feedback and additional instructions. We also handle all rental payments and do the routine administration, including liaising with Homeowners' Associations regarding levies. We go through any necessary legal process when required. No problem is too big or too small for our management team!

Rental Introduction

If you would prefer to manage the property yourself, we can assist you with finding the right tenant for your property. We will visit your property, advise on the rental value, advertise, do viewings, vet and draw up the Lease Agreement for you.
