Externally there is a second veranda, storeroom and washing area.
There is also a swimming pool and braai area.
Pre-paid ZESA meter and a 3kVa inverter with 1 battery and 4 solar panels.
The property has an external alarm and its own individual manual gate.

The complex is fully walled with an electric gate and electric fence, borehole and 20,000L water storage tanks which then feed to the unit's own private 5,000L water tank.

Please note, there is no complex intercom and there is no security guard.
There are no staff quarters.

The complex has a caretaker/gardener who will attend to the garden a couple of times a week. The refuse and garden waste is collected by a private company and is covered in the levy.
